He earned a master’s degree at the Faculty of Law of Administration and Economics at the University of Wroclaw – majoring in law and completed post-graduate studies in Mechanisms of the functioning of the euro area at the University of Economics in Wroclaw awarded by the President of the National Bank of Poland.
For 12 years he was professionally associated with the Department of Citizens’ Affairs and Foreigners of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship Office in Wroclaw, in which he was the Director in the years 2009-2016. Huge experience and knowledge in the area of legalization of stay and work of foreigners on the territory of the Republic of Poland.
He managed advisory teams of the Lower Silesian Voivode in cases related to: combating trafficking in human beings and investigating the phenomenon of the creation of Romanian Roma in Wroclaw.

For 12 years he was associated with the Department of Foreigners of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship Office in Wroclaw, where in the years 2009 – 2017 he managed the Department for Foreigners.
